Short description of Vitamins A-Z

Vitamins A-Z is a multivitamin supplement with 23 predominantly vital vitamins, minerals and trace elements, which are released timereleased, i.e. evenly over several hours. Vitamins A-Z support the normal or correct functioning of the organism with regard to important bodily and metabolic functions.

Vitamins A-Z provide the basic supply of vitamins, minerals and trace elements, but cannot match the functionality of the more complex Ultra A-Z formula.

What can I expect from Vitamins A-Z?

Vitamins A-Z is a matrix with vitamins, minerals and trace elements, which are predominantly vital and act as regulatory substances in the organism. Vitamins A-Z support the correct functioning of your organism in many ways. Among other things, this supplement contributes to the maintenance of a normal immune and nervous system, the regulation of the hormonal system and supports the functions of your metabolism (in many respects), protein synthesis and thyroid gland as well as the reduction of symptoms of fatigue.

Vitamins A-Z should not be seen as a substitute for a good diet. It provides you with a basic supply of vitamins, minerals and trace elements, but does not provide the variety and variety of nutritional substrates found in healthy foods.

For natural muscle and strength building, you must provide all missing building substrates through a healthy diet and complementary supplements (creatine, free amino acids, protein) to your body. A sufficient and constant intake of proteins and amino acids has a supporting effect on muscle growth, so that you should consider eating fast (especially in the morning after getting up, before and after training) and slow proteins.

Functionality and mode of action of Vitamin A-Z

Vitamins, minerals and trace elements are predominantly essential (vital) as regulators of the body, which is why they are also regarded as indispensable for general health and top sporting performance. The 28 vitamins and minerals in Vitamins A-Z are contained in a variety of foods such as meat, fish, milk, wholemeal products, fruit and vegetables, but due to sporting activities, modern living conditions (stress), the heavy processing of many foods and diets, an additional supply of these important regulatory substances is often necessary. Otherwise, there is the possibility of undersupply, which must be avoided in order to ensure correct or optimal functioning of the organism.

The vitamin complex in vitamin A-Z is composed of 13 vitamins of groups A, B, C, D, E as well as K and has a supporting effect on the functionalities of the metabolism and organism in many respects, of which only a few are mentioned below: Vitamins A, C and E support a normal function of the immune system as well as cell protection against free radicals. Vitamin C also contributes to normal collagen formation, which is important for the functioning of cartilage, blood vessels, bones, teeth, gums and skin. The B vitamins support, among other things, the correct energy metabolism and thus the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Biotin is particularly important for maintaining normal hair and nails, while the sun vitamin vitamin D supports the absorption of calcium and thus the maintenance of bones and teeth. Vitamin K also contributes to normal blood clotting.

The 13 vital minerals and trace elements in vitamin A-Z are also involved in countless metabolic and bodily functions. The central role of magnesium and zinc should be emphasized. Thus zinc contributes among other things to a normal and/or correct protein, coal hydrate and fat metabolism (as well as acid bases, vitamin A metabolism). Also a normal cell structure and growth (cell division, DNA and protein synthesis) as well as a normal function of the immune system is favoured. Zinc can even contribute to the maintenance of skin, hair and nails, while magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and normal functions of muscles and nervous system.
