ZincMA - 120 Capsules?
Properties
Short description of ZinkMA
ZincMA is an effective sports supplement based on optimally assimilable zinc L-monomethionine, magnesium and vitamin B6. These regulating substances, which are immensely important for the entire metabolism, contribute, among other things, to a normal testosterone level in the blood and to the regulation of the hormone system.
The sex hormone testosterone is one of the most important hormones for muscle building. However, an optimised testosterone level is also associated with an improvement in regeneration, fat loss and increased sexual desire, drive, endurance and strength.
What can I expect from ZinkMA?
ZincMA is an element matrix that acts as a regulator in the organism. If, like many athletes, you have a severe deficit of zinc, magnesium or vitamin B6, supplementation with ZincMA will be clearly noticeable and extremely effective and will help to normalise blood testosterone levels, the immune system and muscle functions while reducing fatigue.
If, contrary to the majority of athletes, your supply is good, you will not benefit as much from ZincMA and should prefer other supplements. As a rule, however, ZincMA usually works very well in the beginning (because there is often a severe lack of elements) and diminishes with increasing saturation of the organism.
If your aim is to build muscle, you should ensure that you have a sufficient and as constant as possible intake of protein or amino acids, as protein is necessary for muscle building. In this case, you should also supply yourself with fast (especially in the morning after getting up, before and after training) and slow proteins and, if necessary, with additional substrates. As the zinc in ZincMA contributes to normal protein synthesis, ZincMA can also be helpful for you in this context.
Functionality and mode of action of ZinkMA
In contrast to conventional zinc and magnesium preparations, ZincMA is a supplement with optimally assimilable (usable) zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6. These three micronutrients are extremely important for a number of metabolic processes.
The optimal resorption (bioavailability) of zinc is related to the chelate bond to the amino acid methionine, while magnesium as magnesium citrate and magnesium oxide provides an excellent mixture for an acute and longer lasting magnesium supply.
Magnesium and zinc activate well over 300 enzymes (biocatalysts) and, together with vitamin B6, are essential for numerous bodily functions.
Functionality of zinc and vitamin B6
The role of zinc in testosterone levels should be emphasised. It has been proven that zinc contributes to a normal level of testosterone in the blood, which unfortunately is not the norm for intensive sportsmen and women. Zinc is supported by vitamin B6, which also has a regulating function with regard to hormone activity. In this context, it is not surprising that zinc promotes normal fertility and reproduction.
Zinc is also important for the immune system and, together with vitamin B6, contributes to normal immune system function and cell protection against oxidative stress. Zinc is also popular because it has a positive effect on maintaining normal skin and vision, as well as normal bones, hair and nails.
The importance of zinc is also reflected in the fact that it supports normal DNA synthesis, i.e. the carrier of genetic material, and - like magnesium - has a function in cell division. Zinc is also involved in maintaining normal cognitive functions. Metabolic processes that zinc can optimise or normalise include Carbohydrate, fatty acid, acid-base and vitamin A metabolism.
Functionality of magnesium and vitamin B6
The vital mineral magnesium, together with vitamin B6, contributes to normal energy metabolism and thus also to a reduction in fatigue and tiredness. It is also helpful for normal muscle function, which is why magnesium is one of the most popular supplements after an intensive training session. The positive support of the balance of electrolytes or minerals and the regulation of the water balance should also be emphasised.
Together with zinc, magnesium contributes to normal protein synthesis, a basic requirement for muscle building. Magnesium and vitamin B6 are important for the nervous system and its normal functioning. Like zinc, magnesium has a positive effect on normal bones and teeth and, like vitamin B6, can normalise mental functions. This is why magnesium is popularly known as the "salt of inner peace".
In addition to the above-mentioned functionalities - particularly with regard to energy metabolism and the nervous system - vitamin B6 contributes to normal cysteine synthesis and normal protein, glycogen and homocysteine metabolism. Finally, it should be emphasised that vitamin B6 is an important factor in the normal formation of red blood cells.
