How to measure correctly

Place the tape measure once around the body below the arms at the widest point.

   Place the tape measure around the waist.   Measure from the base of the neck over the shoulder and along the arm to the wrist.
D – HIP   E – INSIDE TROUSER LEG   F – BODY SIZE
Put feet together. Measure hips at widest point.   Put feet together. Measure from the crotch to the floor. Stand straight – it is best to have a second person measure.   The body height in cm.
