Protein 85 is a 3-component protein with 10 vitamins and up to 84% protein (depending on taste), which contributes to muscle building and muscle maintenance. The special combination of the three protein components in Protein 85 is specifically chosen so that the amino acids of the proteins are resorbed timereleased.
Protein 85 is a good protein for long-term supply with an excellent price-performance ratio.
What can I expect from Protein 85?
Protein 85 is a standard protein that reliably supplies you with amino acids and effectively contributes to muscle building and muscle maintenance due to its balanced amino acid composition. However, the effectiveness of Protein 85 for your individual goals depends very much on your training and eating habits and the use of supplementary supplements (creatine, amino acids, special supplements).
The muscle building is supported by a sufficient and constant protein or amino acid supply and thus protein 85. Protein 85 guarantees you a longer and more constant amino acid supply than fast proteins and is therefore generally suitable for any time of day, but especially for bridging longer times without a protein supply.
However, at times when a fast protein source is desired, such as in the morning and before and after training, you should prefer fast proteins or free amino acids protein 85.
Functionality and mode of action of Protein 85
The three protein components of Protein 85 are selected so that the amino acids of the individual proteins complement each other biologically.
The calcium caseinate in Protein 85 is quickly absorbed and supplies the organism with the first amino acids, which do not enter the blood pool as massively as would be the case with a pure fast protein. In addition, the whey protein has other nutritional and physiological properties, which is why it is highly valued by athletes for muscle building.
The special gel-like and thus medium-fast, isoflavone-free soy protein isolate (gel) ensures the medium-term influx of amino acids and also increases the content of the basic, semiessentiellen amino acid L-arginine. The well-tolerated wheat protein with a high content of glutamine, proline, methionine and cysteine rounds off protein 85 with regard to the balanced amino acid composition of the "timereleasing effect".
Protein 85 is enriched with 10 vitamins, which as regulator substances support a correct metabolism in various ways.
