From the pump substrates arginine HCL & citrulline, to the carnosine booster beta-alanine, to the most popular and potent pre-workout substrates N-acetyl-L-tyrosine, taurine, ashwagandha KSM-66®, choline bitartrate, caffeine, betaine, guarana and glucuronol acetone, No Jokes contains an extremely wide range of active ingredients, which has been rounded off with further high-quality and innovative substrates.

Recommended dosage
Consume one serving consisting of 20 g (2 measuring spoons) with 400 – 500 ml of water 30 to 45 minutes before training.
Notice: Any clumping/hardening of the powder is due to the composition of the high-dose ingredients and is not a sign of inferior quality. It does not detract from the effect and unfortunately cannot be avoided with such a high dosage.
