Recommended dosage
Consume one serving daily mixed with 18 g of powder (3 level scoops) and 500 ml of water. The drink should be prepared in a shaker or with a mixer. For optimal effectiveness, we recommend consuming directly before training or on non-training days in the morning after getting up.
