Everyone knows Createston! There is no way around this all-in-one supplement after training in the sports scene. Over many years Createston has become the most popular post-workout shake in the sports scene. This is due to its complex formula of around 70 key substrates. For the first time in Createston, creatine is found in its form as Cre AKG and thus in a version that promises full effectiveness for non-responders as well. Creatine has been proven to lead to an increase in performance**.
An optimised amount of carbohydrates from enzymatically hydrolysed, hyperglycemic carbohydrates supports energy regeneration after strength training and ensures rapid replenishment of glycogen stores***.
